New lane
Build it from the dirt up. Suggested mix is AASHTO #1 under an ODOT 304 cap — crown, compact, stone that sheds water and takes a dump truck.

Driveways
New limestone lanes, top-dress refreshes, and Harley raking on gravel that is already there. Stone is East Fairfield — priced at the quarry. Delivery to the lane is assessed later.
The stone
Honey Creek and Sub plants, Petersburg, Ohio. List effective February 1, 2026. All prices are at the quarry — delivery to the lane is assessed after we see the job.

Cover
Thicker brush with junk trees mixed in. You can walk some of it. You cannot mow it. Typical Northeast Ohio lot that sat a few years.
Access
A normal Northeast Ohio lot — some trees, a driveway, maybe a tight gate. We get in. We just do not have a football field to swing in.
