Stacked seasoned hardwood cords

Firewood

Your logs, or ours.

Seasoned mix and oak are temporarily unavailable. Pine and cherry are still for sale. A bigger pile is a firewood processor rental — we bring the machine to your landing, and we can coordinate fresh logs.

Buy a cord

A cord is 128 cubic feet. Not a truck bed.

Full cord is 4×4×8. A face cord is a third of that. Seasoned mix and oak are stove wood, and both are temporarily unavailable. Cherry is for smoking — dump starts at 10 bundles; fewer than that is pickup at Lisbon Rd. Pine is campfire wood and is still for sale. We do not sell a heap and call it a cord. Yard pickup on cords is not offered right now.

Delivery

Ten miles from Greenford. One cord per trip.

Dumped within 10 miles of Greenford — no delivery fee. Canfield, North Lima, Leetonia, and most of Boardman and Salem sit in that circle. Past 10 miles it is $50 a load. The truck holds one cord, so two cords is two trips.

Company packages — one trip

Process a pile. Sharpen the saws. Go home.

Built for a company or a landowner who wants one visit. The day is sized to the cords — half up to 3, full up to 8, crew up to 10. Chains come with the day because they are quicker than splitting; extra chains do not bump you to a bigger package. Extra cords and extra chains that same day use the add-on prices — not a second trip.

Half day

$650

Up to 3 cords processed + 10 chains sharpened

Full day

$1,350

Up to 8 cords processed + 20 chains sharpened

Crew day

$1,650

Up to 10 cords processed + 30 chains sharpened

Extra cord on a package day
$150 / cord after the limit
Extra chain off the bar
$8 / chain after the limit
Extra chain still on the bar
$15 / chain — I take it off and put it back

Add $100 for a half day, $200 for a full day, or $300 for a crew day if the wood is scattered in multiple locations.

Bigger than a crew day

Firewood processor

We rent the machine, haul it to your landing, and run the pile. No logs yet? We coordinate clean, fresh wood. You see the rental number and the log number before anything rolls.

01

The machine

Rented and hauled to your site. Sized to the pile. Not the same unit every time.

02

Fresh logs

More than one logging company. Clean, fresh quality — not old or junk wood. Logger’s rate, quoted first.

03

Then we process

Split on your landing. Your wood, or the load we just had delivered. You are not left with a log deck.

  1. 1. Tell us the landing and about how many cords.
  2. 2. We match a processor and price the rental before we book it.
  3. 3. Need wood? We coordinate delivery. Logs are billed separate from the machine.
  4. 4. We process on site. Custom price — machine size and the pile both move it.

A la carte — if you only need one service

Your logs. Split and stacked nearby.

Process on site
Staged at the machine · $150 / cord
Scattered / long carry
Wood not staged · $175 / cord
Process by the hour
If you want a clock · $175 / hr
Process minimum
Any on-site process call · $450
Mobile sharpen — trip
I come to you · $175
Mobile sharpen — each chain
Already off the saw · $10
Drop-off — off the bar
You take it off · Lisbon Rd / Canfield · $8
On the bar
Still on the saw. I pull it, sharpen, put it back · $15
  1. 1. Stage logs within reach of the machine when you can. That keeps you on the $150 rate.
  2. 2. A package is one visit. Extra cords and chains that day use the package add-on prices.
  3. 3. Off-bar is cheaper. On-the-bar is $15 because the chain has to come off.
  4. 4. Mahoning / Columbiana and nearby. Longer tows quoted before we roll.
  5. 5. Payment due at the job unless we have terms on file. Cash, card, or invoice for accounts.

A normal Northeast Ohio lot — some trees, a driveway, maybe a tight gate. We get in. We just do not have a football field to swing in.
